ATTENTION: Final Year Students of 2K16 batch
FYP Evaluation and Exhibition Notice.
All final year students of BSIT (Morning/Evening), BSSW (Morning/Evening), BSEL, and BSTC are hereby informed that the Final Year Project Evaluation has been scheduled on 13th & 14th January, 2020 at IICT. All project groups are required to bring and display their project work on the exhibition days at 8:30am, along with their project posters.
Please Note Instructions:
- All students must reach IICT and prepare their project for display at 8:30am sharp on Monday 13th January, 2020.
- You must submit ONE Spiral bonded copy of FYP Thesis along with the paid challan of Rs.500/- (for each student as a FYP Exam Fees), attached with your thesis.
- Posters size and design must be according to templates provided on IICT website. Each Poster must be carefully checked and proofread for any grammatical and language mistakes, as they will be showcased in IICT for entire semester.
- Make sure to sign the attendance sheet, otherwise he/she will be counted as absent in final results.
- Every group has to bring the power extension boards for provision of electric supply.
